Wellington Week returns to Dubai’s Bread Street Kitchen

He may have made the traditional beef wellington famous, but Gordon Ramsay isn’t above giving his signature dish a twist.

In fact, his Bread Street Kitchen & Bar concept in Dubai’s Atlantis The Palm is promoting a new type of surf and turf beef wellington as part of its Wellington Week celebrations.


It combines lobster and beef, served with truffle mash potato, samphire and roasted carrots, topped off with lobster red wine jus, priced at AED275 per person or AED520 to share.

Available until June 30, the dish will be accompanied by a dark chocolate Wellington dessert as well as a drink hand-crafted by the venue’s mixologists.

The drink, The Duke, is created using Beefeater gin, apple cider reduction, chocolate bitters, fresh lemon juice, and cane sugar. It’s priced at AED65.
