Indian restaurant Moombai & Co. at The H Dubai has a new menu curated by a renowned New York-based chef.
Hari Nayak, author of seven bestselling books on Indian cooking, has created a menu that “pays homage to the melting pot of cultures and cuisines of Mumbai”.
It offers classics from all the different regions of the country but with a modern twist. A new selection of cocktails have also been crafted to supplement the dining experience.
Among the new dishes from Nayak on the menu are hash brown aloo tikka, pulled raan lamb taco, ossoboco lamb rogan josh, and rasmalai milk cake.
