It’s National Ceviche Day on June 24, as you are no doubt aware, and Peruvian restaurant COYA Dubai is celebrating by offering a special platter of the seafood dish.
Guests can enjoy one of the concept’s seven ceviches including seabass, yellowfin tuna, sea bream, and swordfish in a sharing platter for AED388.
It’s available from June 23 to June 26 so you have four days to get your hands on it, and if the thought of ceviche is filling you with excitement, you can also take part in a special ceviche and pisco sour masterclass.
The interactive experience will see COYA’s chef guide you through preparing and tasting your own ceviches and pisco sours, followed by a set lunch menu. That will take place on June 29 for AED290.
All this ceviche fun will be taking place at COYA Dubai, Four Seasons Resort in Jumeirah Beach.
