Hakkasan Group appoint news corporate executive chef

Global hospitality firm Hakkasan Group has appointed Andrew Yeo to the position of corporate executive chef.

In this role, Yeo will be responsible for the worldwide culinary operations of the group’s Cantonese brands including Hakkasan which has 12 outlets globally – including Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Yeo has over 20 years of experience in the industry and was previously executive chef of The Miami Beach Edition hotel, and he has also worked at Ritz-Carlton properties in Montreal, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Boston.

Speaking about his appointment, Yeo said: “I look forward to working with the talented culinary creatives at the company to bring our global restaurants to even greater heights.”
