Asha’s Restaurant, the Dubai-born Indian chain with 18 restaurants worldwide, has launched its new Mumbai inspired menu.
It follows the success of the previous Delhi to Punjab menu, with the Asha’s team, led by corporate executive chef Bobby Geetha, heading to Mumbai to taste the flavours of the city for inspiration.
The new menu has been launched in all Asha’s restaurant in the UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Asha’s recently opened its 18th restaurant in Birmingham, UK, and has three under construction in Abu Dhabi, Khobar, and Kuwait.
Geetha was also recently shortlisted for head chef of the year - standalone outlet at the Caterer Middle East Awards.
