Diana Chan, MasterChef Australia’s 2017 winner, is coming to Dubai for a residency at the TV show’s first restaurant.
Chan will spend a week at Masterchef, the TV Experience, in Dubai Marina, cooking up a five-course tasting menu that pays homage to both her Asian heritage and life in Australia.
Available from July 6-12, the menu will include the likes of scallop carpaccio with smoked yuzu buttermilk to start, and mains such as Australian Wagyu rendang.
During her residency at the restaurant at Millennium Place Marina, the chef is also hosting a masterclass cooking session to create her famous taro and tofu tortellini from scratch, but tickets for the event are already sold out.
You can still book for the five-course dinner though, with prices at AED215 per person or AED365 with drinks pairing.
