Indigo, the rooftop restaurant at boutique hotel The Merchant House, Bahrain, has launched its new summer menu.
Inspired by the travel experiences of executive chef Robert Shipman, the new menu incorporates in-season ingredients and high-quality products.
Some of the new additions include sushi rolls, seared scallops with sunchoke puree, local hammour with crispy sesame crust, and yuzu white chocolate cheesecake.
Speaking about the new menu, Shipman said: “We are proud to deliver some of the freshest summer flavours at Indigo. Keeping in mind the valuable feedback from our guests, we have crafted a summer menu perfect for every palate.”
