Experiential dining hotspot Inked is bringing its latest showcase to Dubai for one week only.
Burnt & Frozen is a menu from executive chef Hadrien Villedieu that will be served for one seating a day from July 20 to July 25.
The set menu includes a starter of toasted brioche, truffle and parmesan shavings, onion hash, white chocolate, and burnt onion soup, while the main course is beef brisket, amber oil, baby potatoes, charcoal aioli, butter snow, and mushroom ice cream.
As the name suggests it offers a juxtaposition of burnt and frozen tastes.
The experience is priced at AED350 per person including a five-course dinner with beverages. While a vegetarian option is available, the fixed menu means other allergies and intolerances cannot be catered for.
