Eathos, the Dubai-based operator behind brands such as Joga, Tortilla, and Kababji, has launched a new central kitchen in JLT.
The 6,000 sq ft central production unit will service a wide range of butchery, fish preparation, vegetable preparation, and bakery items for Eathos’s UAE-based operations which range from Ajman to Abu Dhabi.
CEO Andy Holman told Caterer Middle East that by centralising the process it will allow the kitchen to “focus on quality and consistency” while also creating the opportunity to bring on commercial orders down the line.
The new Eathos Kitchen also includes two operating outlets with a SushiArt and Joga both customer facing, while it also services Kababji for delivery.
Holman called the facility a “fairly unique proposition” due to it centralising the three brands’ kitchens and giving them a “consolidation of expenses” that they didn’t previously have.
