A homegrown international grill concept has opened in the Oud Metha area of Dubai.
Back to Grills aims to take diners on a multi-sensory journey around the globe from the Americas to Eastern Europe, North Africa, and South Asia.
It’s the brainchild of George Ninan, Anish Mathew, and Annu Ann George, with George taking care of brand-building activities and Anish and Annu the culinary forces behind it.
All of Back to Grills produce is sourced locally within a 50km radius, and nothing is ever frozen. Their meat is marinated for 24 hours to ensure an authentic and tasty grill experience.
“We want our customers to see us as their extended home. Warm service, great company and a memory to last a long time is what we want our customers to enjoy at Back to Grills,’’ said George.
Back to Grills will offer a range of customisation to keep all diners happy, whether they like their food spicy or mild, or if they are vegetarian.
