For many in the Middle East, Eid-Al-Adha is about spending time with loved ones and families.
Taking place from Saturday, August 10 until Tuesday, August 14, it is a public and private sector holiday, allowing everyone to enjoy days out and great meals.

This Arabic and international cuisine restaurant is offering delicious spreads to suit every taste for only AED80 per person. Kids aged six to 12 get 50% off while kids five and below dine for free. The lunch buffet is open from 12:30 to 3:30 pm while the dinner buffet is available from 7:00 to 11:00 pm for every day during Eid.
Flavours Restaurant, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dubai
Celebrate the joyous Eid-Al-Adha holidays with a sumptuous brunch plus free pool access at Flavours Restaurant, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Dubai. The special Eid spread will feature of mix of Arabic dishes and international cuisine including live cooking stations, for everyone to savour. There will also be a special kiddie corner to keep the little ones entertained and satisfied during the festivity. To top the deal, the hotel is offering free pool access at its temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool. Priced at AED79 for adults and AED39 for kids aged 12 and below, this offer is available from August 11 to 12. Fireworks can be enjoyed during the first three days of Eid-Al-Adha public holiday from 9pm each night.
Puerto 99, Bluewaters Island, Dubai
Puerto 99, the genuine North Mexican restaurant situated at Bluewaters Island, unveils a unique Eid-Al-Adha sharing menu for friends and families to gather together and enjoy the special celebration. Guests will be greeted with a bowl of Jargon De Carne, a rich and warming meat soup, alongside an array of appetizers such as Guacamole, Ribeye and Red Aguachile Tostadas, Mexican Style Street Corn and Costra Tacos. Meliã Desert Palm Dubai is offering an Arabic-themed brunch at the hotel’s signature restaurant, RARE. Diners can savour traditional delicacies such as Creamy chicken korma, Mutton biryani, Chicken tikka, Maqluba, Moroccan vegetable tagine and Hammour among other hearty mains. One of the highlights of the menu is roasted lamb leg, served from the carving station. Chef and co-owner Alex Stumpf has created a special menu for the week of Eid with bites, baos, bowls, and BBQ dishes available all day every day at just AED40 for 1B, AED80 for 2Bs, and AED100 for 3B. You can take advantage of this from noon until 9pm from August 10-17.
Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts
One for the kids, the Kalea family brunch at Lapita has plenty of entertainment for the little ones while you enjoy a range of Arabic dishes at the shawarma, grill, and tawa chicken stations. There’s also Asian, Indian, and Western cuisines available. Packages start at AED230 per person with soft beverages, and just AED99 for children. It’s at 1-4pm on Friday, August 16.
Tanuki, Dubai Mall
Dine over Eid at Tanuki at Dubai Mall and you will receive a voucher to the value of your cheque to use again before the end of the year. It’s valid on the a la carte menu which includes an array of maki, dim sum, and Japanese main courses. The offer is running from August 9-13, between 11am and 1am.
Kenza Restaurant, Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai
Enjoy a special six-day Eid brunch from August 10 to 15 for extended celebrations among families and friends. The brunch will feature cuisines from the Middle East and around the globe including Arabic mix grill and lamb ouzi, live cooking stations for freshly-cooked pasta dishes, as well as a special food menu for the kids. The Eid brunch is priced at AED149 per person, and is open from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Kids aged six to 12 dine for AED75/ each while children five years old and below are free of charge.

It wouldn’t be a holiday without a limited edition Black Tap CrazyShake to commemorate it! For Eid the American burger joint will be offering an S’mores shake inspired by the campfire dessert. Priced at AED69 in Dubai and AED62 in Abu Dhabi, its available from August 9 to August 13 at all venues in the UAE.
