Bombay Brasserie at Taj Dubai is set to celebrate the 73rd Indian Independence Day with a three-course feast.

The menu, designed by executive chef Vikas Milhoutra, includes the likes of patthar ka gosht, tender lamb escalopes cooked on artisanal stoneware, and kale and smoked cheese kebab, combining the popular superfood with aloo tikka and served with special tandoori charred pear chutney.

There’s also a bamboo prawn curry for mains, and much loved Indian frozen dessert kulfi.

It’s available on August 15 for lunch service from 12.30pm and dinner service from 6pm, at a price of AED225 with soft drinks.
