Multi-Caterer Awards-winning restaurant operator Bull&Roo is making its first venture into virtual kitchens.
Utilising the space at its JLT Common Grounds concept, Pasta Bar DXB will operate seven days a week offering Italian dishes through Deliveroo with the usual flair from the company led by Caterer's Restaurateur of the Year Tom Arnel.
Everything will be hand-made in the Common Grounds kitchen including the pastas, sauces, and sourdough garlic breads, for delivery to the JLT and Marina areas.
The menu features the likes of mushroom and truffle ravioli, fettuccine carbonara, and pumpkin, spinach, and ricotta cannelloni. While pastry chef Liz Stevenson will lend her expertise to the dessert menu with cold brew tiramisu and Nutella cannoli among the options.
Winner of Caterer Middle East Restaurant Manager of the Year award, Matt Connell, said: “The support we have received from the JLT and surrounding communities since launching our third Common Grounds branch in Almas Tower has been both overwhelming and humbling. Our operations team is thrilled to extend ourselves and offer a full all-day rounded offering from our latest Bull&Roo kitchen and bring Pasta Bar DXB to life”.
The virtual concept launches exclusively on Deliveroo from August 11 and for the first three weeks each pasta ordered will receive a complementary freshly baked sourdough garlic or cheese ciabatta.
