Nicolas Isnard, the chef behind the Michelin star-winning Auberge de la Charme, is bringing his award-winning skills to Abu Dhabi.
Isnard will host a three-night pop-up at Bord Eau at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri in the capital, crafting an exclusive six-course set menu with his signature dishes.
Diners can expect scallops tartare with cauliflower, Granny Smith apple and Neuvic caviar, pho-style foie gras, modern onion soup, and lobster tagine and saffron.
“Cooking is my lifelong passion, and it brings me absolute pleasure to be able to share the creations that I have to offer to the guests of Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi,” said Isnard.
The six-course set menu costs AED348 for food only and AED498 with a beverage package, and is available for three nights only from October 30 to November 1, at 7pm.
Isnard will also host daily cooking classes for the public from 1pm to 4pm.
