JA Resorts & Hotels to light up for Diwali

JA Hatta Fort Hotel will mark Diwali with several activations from October 25 onwards. When guests check in, they will receive a Diwali welcome gift in their rooms. Any accompanying children can take part in the Diwali Sweet Treat Treasure Hunt on the front lawn, as they make their own celebration with glow sticks and sparklers.

As evening falls, guests can visit the brand new Kinara by Vikas Khanna or they can opt for something more casual at Jeema Restaurant from 6:30 to 10:30pm. Here they cn select dishes from an unlimited themed buffet of Indian home-style delicacies, barbeque and popular Diwali sweets.


The menu will include everything from kosambari salad, chukander and santara salad, makhani murgh, mutton biryani, kasmiri pulao to barbeque items from the charcoal grill, including garlic prawns with garlic butter sauce, harra bharra paneer tikka and tandoori aloo baby potato finished off with delectable festive desserts like warm gulab jamun, saffron firni, jalebi, badam halwa rasgulla and rasmalai.

The Diwali buffet is AED 185 per person including water and soft beverages and AED 285 per person including unlimited house beer and wines.

Guests celebrating Diwali with family can also enjoy Movie Nights by the gazebo pool, where the large outdoor screen will be showing popular Bollywood movies throughout the Diwali weekend, alongside a full bar menu and beer bucket offers.

There will also be a paper lantern lighting ceremony at 8pm on the hotel lawn.
