Greg Malouf creates menus for new concept with JA Resorts & Hotels in Dubai

A new concept offering Middle Eastern cuisine with menus by consulting chef Greg Malouf is set to open at two JA Resorts & Hotels locations in Dubai.

Phoenicia is located at both JA Beach Hotel at JA The Resort, Jebel Ali and JA Oasis Beach Tower on The Walk and aims to be an authentic neighbourhood eatery that celebrates the history of Middle Eastern Cuisine.

To do that it has brought on Malouf to create the menus, with the Austalian-Lebanese chef offering contemporary twists on classic Middle Eastern food.

The menus include hazelnut falafel, sea bass sayadeeya, and a baklava ice cream sandwich, offered with a simple and rustic presentation.

Vice president of food & beverage at JA Resorts & Hotels Rob Cunningham commented: “We are confident that our guests are going to love Phoenicia, that’s why we have opened it in two locations.
