The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, has announced its list of culinary deals for incoming guests.
Soon after the UAE capital hotel announced its chef brunch, it has unveiled a plethora of other dining experiences throughout the month of November.
The brunch brings the creation process right to your nose with a live cooking show. Dishes include lobster thermidor, truffle risotto, Peruvian chicken breast, smoked veal belly and slow roasted Wagyu beef. There’s also a selection of vegan choices and the hotel assures there is a dedicated area for young children.
The food itself is described as Mediterranean with a Middle Eastern twist.
The chef’s brunch takes place at the hotel’s Giornotte restaurant on Fridays from 1:00PM – 4:00PM. Prices start at AED 299 per person.
Street Food Late Brunch
The hotel’s Southeast Asia restaurant Li Jiang is also embracing the brunch deals. With the brunch comes a ‘celebration of Asian street food’, consisting of Korean BBQ, Peking duck, sushi and fried noodles.
The brunch takes place on Saturdays at 5:00PM – 11:00PM. It starts at AED 215 per person and booking gives guests a three-hour package.
F1 Race Weekend
With the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix fast approaching, Ritz-Carlton’s Al Fresco Restaurant is giving attendees the chance to watch all the action while enjoying a specially themed menu.
On December 1, the restaurant will show the race on all of its TV and it will also give diners the chance to guess the result of the race and get 30% of their bill.
Taking place at the hotel’s dedicated steakhouse; The Forge, guests can now choose from a selection of seafood classics.
Composed of octopus, shrimps, king crab, the chef’s cut of the day, and a decadent lobster tail, the sharing platter is intended for two people.
The platter is only around from November 17 – 23 at 7:00PM – 11:00PM. Prices start at AED 400 per person and exclude drinks.
Chocolate Pastry Week
Alba Lobby Lounge and Dolce Café will be creating a collection of chocolate pastries for guests to enjoy in the lobby eatery, famous for its afternoon teas.
The handmade treats will be up for grabs from November 3 – 9 and cost AED 35 per individual order.
Meat Flights at The Forge
The Forge is offering what it calls ‘the world’s finest tenderloin’, sourced right from either New Zealand, Ireland or the USA. Also served to meat lovers is the Australian Wagyu.
The tasting experience takes place every day at 7:00PM – 11:00PM, priced at AED 350 per person.
As the name suggests, The Forge is offering either a small or an unlimited supply of oysters to paying guests. Diners can customise the oysters with their choice or dressing or have them plain.
Oyster Sunday takes place every Sunday at 7:00PM – 11:00PM, priced at AED 70 per person for six oysters or AED 240 for unlimited.
Li Jiang Sushi Night
The Asian eatery is using November to show off its latest menu, described as featuring ‘classic flavours with a contemporary twist’. As part of the deal, guests can have unlimited sushi, sashimi and rolls.
Sushi Night takes place on Mondays at 7:00PM – 11:00PM. It is priced at AED 140 net per person excluding drinks.
The landmark hotel in the capital is relatively new to the hotelier scene, having only opened back in 2013. The hotel is adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and set in landscaped gardens with its own private beach.
