A new outlet selling a fresh take on classic Parisian macarons has opened at the Galleria Mall, Al Wasl Road, Dubai.
It’s the first ‘lette macarons shop to open outside of the USA, where it currently has five branches, and customers can pick up a wide variety of the festive almond cookies infused with ganache filling.
Manager of the new Dubai outlet Fobbie Kong-Semblat told Caterer Middle East tjat 'lette's macarons offer a healthier choice than other options. She said: "Our recipes are designed to reduce the amount of sugar level in a way that it is still maintained the original texture, crispy outside and chewy inside. It is different from the traditional recipe and is a healthier option with more and more people concerned about their well-being nowadays.
"We are committed to using high quality of ingredients to make our ganache which is used for the macaron filling. You can taste the natural flavors from it, and we are generous on fillings which always delights our customers."
‘lette was created in Beverly Hills by Frenchwoman Paulette Koumetz in 2007 and has gone from strength to strength with six outlets across America.
