The new concept from Singaporean chef Reif Othman made waves when he revealed the return of his The Experience chef’s table, and now it’s also introducing a Japanese-style weekend breakfast.
Reif Japanese Kushiyaki’s new ‘wa cho shoku’ breakfast includes a selection of six bento breakfast trays and is available from December 6 at the Dar Wasl Mall restaurant.
Options include the yasai raman gozen meal with thin udon noodles, mushroom dashi, fried egg, and iceberg wafu; Reif’s Singaporean nasi lemak with fried chicken wings, sambal, fried anchovies, peanuts, fried egg, and kaya toast; and his version of avocado toast with fork-mashed avocado, tamago, thick bread, and yuzu yoghurt granola chai.
Prices for the bento trays will range from AED65 to AED105 including black coffee or fresh leaf tea, and they’ll be served on Fridays and Saturdays between 9am and 11:30am.
Customers will also be able to enjoy the Reif Japanese Kushiyaki terrace as it makes its first appearance for winter.
