Luxury kitchen appliance brand Gaggenau is set to host its Black Forest dining experience in Dubai for the first time.
Previously held in Los Angeles and New York, the dinners take their inspiration from the German forest region where the brand was founded 336 years ago.
To be held at the multi-use Inked space in Al Quoz, the Black Forest dinner will be an immersive culinary experience, with the room taking on the feel of the forest with tall trees and smells of rich soil and wood.
A bespoke menu has been created by Inked’s executive chef Hadrien Villedieu who describes it as “a culinary homage to the rich and earthy flavours of Gaggenau’s spiritual home”.
Among the flavours diners can expect a modern take on are sauerkraut pie, chestnut and ricotta ravioli, and a black forest dessert.
To be held for four nights only from December 18 to 21, the experience will cost AED455 per person inclusive of a five-course menu and mocktails.
