A new Bali-inspired restaurant opens today, September 1, on West Beach, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
Koko Bay offers both indoor and outdoor dining experiences, with beachfront views of the Dubai Marina skyline, while you enjoy its modern Asian and European-influenced menu.
Among the wide-ranging dishes on offer are Hokkaido scallop ceviche with a citrus granita, assorted grilled skewers, nasi goring, crispy sea bream with Thai coconut and young peppercorn sauce, or a range of grilled meats and seafood from the wood-fired robata grill.
Fully licensed, there’s a bespoke cocktail menu designed by internationally-acclaimed mixologists.
The venue is also dog-friendly, with feeding bowls for your animal, while the people menu has options for those looking to eat healthy, or abiding by vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free diets.
The Balinese-inspired interiors feature natural handwoven materials, a neutral colour palette, and rustic finishes complemented by refreshing greenery. There’s a spacious terrace and private beach so guests can relax on a sun lounger, lie on a hammock, or enjoy a swim. There are dedicated lockers and shower facilities for those wishing to take advantage.
Entertainment-wise, customers can expect guest DJs and live acts at the weekend.
