Hilton Dubai Jumeirah appoints new venue manager
Giampaolo Scarfi has been appointed as the venue manager for BiCE Ristorante at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah.
Born and raised in Rieti, Italy, Scarfi has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, amassed through working with some of the most recognisable brands in the industry, managing service, F&B and private events.
His most recent position was restaurant manager for Marriott Group. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets on the property and allocated budgets, in addition to ensuring a high standard of service. The position was the latest in a long career working for luxury hotel brands such as The Kensington Hotel in London under The Doyle Collection Luxury Hotels, The Ritz Hotel in London, and St. Regis in Rome. Scarfi also benefits from the strong base his education in hospitality has provided him, as demonstrated by his numerous accreditations and certifications achieved across Europe.
Scarfi’s primary role will be centered on operations, strategies, and innovation, with a significant focus on customer service standards as well as bringing his luxury experience to BiCE.
