New restaurant leaders appointed for InterContinental Abu Dhabi

InterContinental Abu Dhabi has revealed a new management team for the culinary brands at the property.

The property's F&B includes: Chamas Churrascaria, Circo, Byblos Sur Mer, Cho Gao Marina Walk, Fishmarket and Belgian Café.

Lorenzo Monaco has joined Circo; he's a native of Rome and has built his knowledge through a career in Italy. He will be supported by chef Andrea Pastore from Puglia in South Italy. Portuguese national Marcus Felipe Main Veiguinha has joined Chamas Churrascaria. and with chef Wanderson from Brazil, hopes to bring the real Churrascaria experience to life at Chamas.

The Belgian Café now is led by Peter Van Den Berg, whose experience began in South Africa and then around the world. Meanwhile Cho Gao Marina Walk has Tomy Irawan on the team, who hails from Indonesia, and Fishmarket is now headed by Ahmed Ibrahim, who has more than 18 years of experience. Finally, Byblos Sur Mer is being led by Elias El Ghazal who has been with the restaurant for a few years.
