Two new additions to The Noodle House team

JRG Dubai has added to the senior management team on its The Noodle House brand with the hiring of Steven Holloway as operations manager and Stefan Borchardt as brand chef.

It comes ahead of plans to franchise the concept internationally, with Holloway having experience in overseeing the roll-out of Shake Shack’s expansion through the UK and a host of GCC countries.

Borchardt has been charged with sourcing suppliers to support the brand’s vision and establish The Noodle House as the UAE’s preferred Asian casual dining experience, whether in restaurant or through the recently launched home-delivery function.

JRG Dubai general manager Emma Banks said: “During the past 12 months, we have strived to further evolve The Noodle House brand and expand our guest experience offering, whether in-restaurant or via delivery. The strategic appointments of Steve and Stefan will further boost the appeal of our home-grown concept and aid us considerably in our quest for brand excellence.”
