Christophe Prud’Homme has taken up a new role as executive head chef of Crowne Plaza Dubai.
Prud’Homme will be responsible for all 11 different restaurants and cafes on the Sheikh Zayed Road property including Chamas Churrascaria, Al Tannour, and Japanese restaurant Sakura.
Commenting on the appointment, Mrad ElKhoury, general manager, said: “Christophe will help us in elevating the hotel’s food and beverage portfolio and ensure that the culinary team positions our diverse restaurants and bars as leading dining spots in Dubai.”
Prud'Homme has 30 years of hospitality industry experience. His culinary career was refined as a head pastry chef at the three-Michelin-starred Le Pre Catalan Lenôtre in Paris, and he has since worked at five-star and luxury hotels around the world, including The Dorchester and the Four Seasons in London.
