Saudi Arabian Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed, known for his vegan lifestyle and plan to open a range of plant-based restaurants across the Middle East, has a new venture to encourage companies to develop vegan options in their menus.

Folia, a partnership with Californian plant-based chef Matthew Kenney, is starting by launching a vegan menu at the Beverley Hills Four Seasons Hotel and has plans to launch at F&B concepts around the world in the near future.

The name Folia comes from the Latin for 'from the leaves', and hints at the wholly plant based culinary selection.
