Mercatus’ new mini cold rooms are the ideal solution for catering professionals requiring a large storage capacity with a minimum footprint. In a mere 1.2m² of floor space, both the O12 (chiller) and O14 (freezer) offer a net volume of 1,500 litres, corresponding to three standard upright cabinets. Their smart racking has five levels, allowing the heavy-duty stainless steel shelves to be adjusted to the storage needs up to a maximum load of 120kg per shelf. The modular panels are 80mm thick with a distinctive grey finishing that matches the sleek design. They are flat-packed, making it easy to reach basements and other tight-access areas.
